Good day,

Your I-539 resubmission was accepted on May 23, 2019, and assigned receipt number WAC1990255415. The filing was
forwarded to the California Service Center for processing. A receipt notice was mailed to the address provided on the application.

Receipt notices are sent via U.S. Postal Service Standard Mail, which does not provide any tracking information. Please allow 10-
15 business days for your notice to arrive.

Monitoring Your Case

As the Lockbox is only a form and fee receipting facility, once an application or petition has been accepted, the Lockbox has no
further role in the adjudication process. You can follow the progress of your application by visiting Case Status Online, on our web
site, and entering the receipt number for your case. Or you can register for automatic case status updates by email and text
message by creating an account on the following web page: https://egov.uscis.gov/casestatus/showSplash.do.

Processing Times

The USCIS web site also provides regularly updated information on the current processing times for forms being adjudicated at
our service centers and field offices, which you may find helpful as you monitor the progress of your
application: https://egov.uscis.gov/processing-times/.

If you have any further questions, you can contact USCIS Contact Center by sending a request online or by calling (800) 375-

Good evening Melissa, thank you for the quick response. In the case was sent a money order of 370 and another of 85 that
totaled 455. This is the right way?

Good day,

If you are filing for only one person, only form I-539 is required with the $455 filing fee. Form I-539A is
not required and should not be submitted.

When you refile, you may resubmit the same package along with the filing fee, provided that the
information on the form, the form version, and the supporting documentation are still current and
correct. The data we have recorded on checks or printed along the edges of documents that we
have previously processed will not have any impact on their acceptance with subsequent filings.

Good morning Melissa,

In the application it's just me. I've been looking for two people to let me know. Both people indicated to me that the value would
be 370 plus 85 to the biometrics. Concerned over time, I sought a lawyer to resend I did not wait for your email.

For the application rate just for me, would be 455 plus 85 of biometrics !?

If it is, I was indicated to send the wrong way again, 85 dollars is missing. How could I do to correct?

(I’m use the google translate sometime)

Im so sorry about that.

Good day,
Your I-539 and I-539A applications were rejected by the Lockbox on April 26, 2019, because the $455 payment amount was
incorrect as you were filing two forms. The rejected package, assigned receipt number WAC1990223967, was returned to the
address provided on the form.

You and each co-applicant must also pay an $85 biometric services fee in addition to the $455 filing fee for form I-539.  If you are
applying for more than one person using your I-539 application, use a separate Form I-539A to provide all of the requested
information for each additional applicant listed.

If you are filing for only one person, only form I-539 is required with the $455 filing fee.

When you refile, you may resubmit the same package along with the filing fee, provided that the information on the form, the form
version, and the supporting documentation are still current and correct. The data we have recorded on checks or printed along
the edges of documents that we have previously processed will not have any impact on their acceptance with subsequent filings.
