A recording was made of the message and was tumed over to the Will County Sheriffs Investigation division Clerk Megan Zenere also advised me that she received a telephone call eartier this date from @ mae caller who identified himself a8 Saad Noah Tha clark’s office believes that this recorded message wes aio from Noah, Saad Noah questioned Zenere about how to file mations and also told her to watch his You Tube video's concerning how to build 8 bomb and something concerning Will County Shenff Paul Kaupas.
