NON-DISCLOSURE AGREEMENT

As a student of the Philippine Science High School – Main Campus, I

agree to maintain confidentiality, and not to disclose to anyone details

contained in any of the Research Projects, until such time that the potential

intellectual property rights contained therein have been protected by law or

have become public domain.

It is clear that my intention to access the Research Project/s is to know

the details of the project to use in my (please check):
