"Motivational Letter"

Dear Respected Sir/Madam,

I, Miss Ammara Saleem, would like to apply for the program of Bachelor’s in “Auter science at your
university to refine my knowledge and skills in my area of interest. I believe it will also serve to give
direction to my goal of a career as a research professional at an academic or commercial, research-
oriented organization.

I have been interested in Business Administration from my school days. I got admission in University of
Sargodha, Pakistan for a four years Bachelor Program in Business Administration i.e. BBA(Hons), which
is one of the top rated institute in Pakistan.

During my studies at University Sargodha, I got the opportunity to study a variety of courses including
Management, Finance, Marketing, Research Methodology, Logic, Accounting and different Social
Sciences and Mathematics Courses. A combination of Business Administration core and elective subject
provide me a good opportunity to widen my vision and knowledge in this area. Coming towards the
application side, I worked a lot in Industry as a Financial Manager and conducted different research
surveys in Sales Department. I gained the experience of working individually as well as in groups and
interacting with people from different fields of life during these projects. Details of the these experience
are mentioned in my CV. I have also worked as a Sales officer, which provide me a good experience of
working in office and interacting with different people.

Germany has much to offer as a place to study - courses geared to international needs, internationally
recognized qualifications such as Bachelor and Masters German institutions of higher education are
characterized by the quality and diversity of courses on offer. They combine established university
traditions with modern facilities, research and teaching. Studying in Germany seems like the perfect
opportunity for me to meet other cultures, meet people with a different way of thinking, improve my
knowledge, learn another language and experience German education system. Of course, it would give
me practical experience and opportunity to test how I could arrange everything all by myself.

I wish to follow my Bachelor’s Degree with a Masters Degree and then PhD, to pursue an excellent
career in Business Administration and experience the excitement and satisfaction of being at the forefront
of this vast expanding field. I feel that graduate study at your University will be the most logical
extension of my academic pursuits and a major step towards achieving my objectives. I am confident that
I will match the high standards set by the department with my diverse academic background and research
& work experience.
