old country tavern,
where the hearth is
warm and the ale is
cheap, thankfully. It’s
been a lean adventuring
season. Not much
help for the long and
dreary winter ahead.
Well, at least the
hearth is warm and
the ale is cheap... Drinking, chatting,
bored and nearly broke,
‘til the bottom of a
stranger’s tankard
comes into view.
