Family orientation- Filipino's have strong family ties and sometimes the decision of one are also
become the decision for the majority. There is something that is positive about Filipinos, but there is
also something that needs to be improved. Many of our personal qualities are also origins of our flaws. It
explains how family orientation becomes in-group orientation, preventing us from reaching out to the
wider community and country. We are warm and loving in our personalism, but this contributes to a lack
of objectivity.

2. Flexibility, adaptability and creativity -We are concerned about people we meet, but we are unjust to
strangers. Precision and discipline are sacrificed as a result of our versatility or the flexibility.

3. Joy and Humour- We are a happy people with a good sense of humor, but we can't always take it in a
lighthearted manner because serious issues need serious analysis.

4.Faith and religiosity- Our faith in God provides us with courage, but it also makes us reliant on forces
outside of ourselves, and it does little to make us submissive to God's will.

5. Hard work and Industry- We're fantastic at pakikipagkapwa-tao, so we can empathize quickly, but we
can also be envious of others. In the office, we can be hardworking while still being lazy and passive.
