brought in the police headquarters for questioning. She was
being blamed for the murder of their neighbor, Ricky. No
evidence was found against her, but Harry insisted that she
should be locked up in prison in order to get her to answer the
questions. Jennifer was immediately locked in a cell without
reason.
(a) Did Harry Commit any crime in this situation? Why or why

2. Santiago was a policeman conducting an evening patrol
when he saw the two civilians, Dario and Juaning, engaged in a
fistfight. The two were immediately detained for causing
Alarms and Scandals. They were detained for more than 18
hours, as Alarms and Scandals has a correctional penalty, but
no formal case was filed against them in court. They were
released after 20 hours of being detained.
