1. What does the document want to convey?

For me, the document wants to convey the proclamation of sovereignty and
the freedom of the Philippines from the colonial rule of the Spaniards or
Spanish Government. It also conveys a message that the Philippines has the right
to run as a country . However, the Philippines, headed by the Dictatorial
Government has declared its independence. In addition, Our Philippine flag and
it's symbols are also introduced. It sends a message that we can bring back what
others took from us. Our country and our freedom. Also, this document proved that
even though we are colonized over 300 years, if we become one and unite, we can
never be conquered by the conqueror.
