    2.10 Pulling Hook The steel rod shaped into a hook at one end and
    into a ring at the other, used for raising and lowering self-coiling tyfe
    rolling shutters.

    2.11 Roller -.The entire rolling portion at the top of the shu ter includ-
    ing the suspension shaft, the pulleys, the springs and ball bearing, if
    any.
