Please note all quotes are valid 48 hours. All rates quoted are subject to change withour prior notice and no reservation is confirmed unless 50% is received and
full payment must be made 8 weeks prior to the event or sooner depending on date of booking. In the event that the client may need to cancel the reservation
for any reason , such cancellation must be made in writing and in such instances, cancellation charges will be levied in accordance with the maximum charges which
can be imposed.
Cancellation fees as per below:
8 weeks prior : 25% of total package price
6 weeks prior: 30% of total package price
4 weeks prior: 50% of total package price
3 weeks prior: 80% of total package price
2 weeks prior: 100% of total package price
