Vendor shall furnish quotations only for those items, for which he is approved by EIL and which he can supply strictly as per MR specifications. No technical details of any nature shall be included in the offer. Application to Plates (and Welded pipes) All the specifications given at clause 3.1 are applicable and shall be supplemented by following limitations: - Maximum allowable Phosphorus content 0.020% : ‘Maximum allowable Sulfur content 0.015%. .
