KAN SHU KENPO TEST PACKAGE

Purple Belt through Brown Belt:

1) If video testing, label your test tape with name, address, phone #, level testing
for and pants waist size ( for belt sizing ).
2) Start the camera and perform the Kan Shu Kenpo bow, state your name and
then execute each technique from two different angles. Call out the name of each
technique before beginning. Do not be concerned about speed at lower levels.
3) Demonstrate the form for the level which you are testing for.
4) When complete, stop and bow, turn off camera, package your completed test
tape along with appropriate fee and send to:

If you haven’t already returned it, be sure to include your signed SRMAA waiver.
This system may be tested without a partner through Brown Belt, it is highly
preferred that the Black Belt test include a partner if possible.

Black Belt Test:

Same procedure as above except demonstrate all 47 techniques, plus the form for
Black Belt level, Northern Chinese Soft Fist.

Brown Belt $59.95 & Black Belt $79.95.
Optionally you may elect to prepay all testing fees through 1st Deg. Black Belt
within 30 days of receiving your course for a total of $199.95. Call for testing info
on 2nd, 3rd, 4th, and 5th Deg. Black Belt rankings.

Upon successful completion of your testing requirements SRMAA will award your
belt and certificate for that level, return shipping is included at no addl. cost.
