AFFIDAVIT

I, ANTHONY ARCILLA, single and a resident of Concepcion, Virac,

Catanduanes, after having been sworn to in accordance with law, do

hereby depose and say:

1. That I am the buyer of a parcel of land under Original

Certificate of Title No. 2014000029, Lot No. 436, and Cad 1039-

D registered under the name of Lolita B. Tacorda;

2. That the property sold to me has improvements thereon

including a house;

3. That the materials of the abovementioned house will be given to

EDDIE TACORBA;

4. That I am executing this affidavit to attest to the veracity of the

foregoing statements and to affirm that the same are true and

correct to the best of my knowledge and belief; and for all legal

intents and purposes this may serve.
