AFFIDAVIT OF UNDERTAKING

I, MAR JUN PANTI y MALIÑANA, of legal age, with live-in partner

and a resident of Brgy. Buyo, Virac, Catanduanes, after having been
sworn to in accordance with law, depose and state:

1. That I am the accused in Criminal Case No. 6544 entitled “The

People of the Philippines vs. Marjun Panti y Maliñana for
Qualified Theft filed before the Regional Trial Court, Branch 42,
Virac, Catanduanes;

2. That for my provisional liberty I posted before the Regional Trial

Court, Branch 42, Virac, Catanduanes a cash bond amounting
to Two Thousand Pesos (php 2,000.00) with Official Receipt No.
5740623C;

3. That I will appear before the Regional Trial Court Branch 42,
Virac, Catanduanes, I bound myself to appear at all stages of
the proceeding of this case until its final termination by the
Court;

4. That failure on my part to appear at the trial without

justification despite due notice, shall be deemed an express
waiver of my right to be present on the date specified in the
notice, in which case the trial may proceed in absentia;

5. That I further undertake to present myself within the period

granted by the Court and surrender myself for execution of the
final judgment if ever I will be convicted in the above-entitled
case. Failure on my part to do so, the Court may render
judgment on the bond;

6. That I will notify the Court where my case is pending, if ever I

will change my above-named address.
