CASE PRESENTATIONS ALLOTMENT

As part of the Course work for BA LLB 8, for Intellectual Property Rights, “Case
Presentations” are being allotted to the students.

The presentations will be made in PPT format.

The presentation will take place in group. Each group member will be presenting
their part of the PPT themselves and will be evaluated individually.

The PPT shall consist of the facts, observations of the court, and the final judgment
(if pronounced).

The evaluation will be made on the basis of:

a. Precision of content.
b. Oral presentation of each member.
