 A discount of 10% or $5 (whichever is greater) applied to the processing fee component when

If the licence expires, this form may be used to apply for restoration of the licence. If the licence is
expired for a period exceeding 3 months, restoration may not be an option and you may need to reapply
Restoration: 03/11/2021.
A restoration fee may be charged if you lodge this renewal after the due date.

If the licence expires you will not be able to conduct business under this licence. The Property and
Stock Agents Act 2002 (the Act) carries substantial penalties for individuals and corporations convicted
of acting as, or carrying on, the business of an agent whilst not being the holder of a licence.

Section 22 of the Licensing and Registration (Uniform Procedures) Act 2002 requires that all fees (other
