W e used to go to camps
All throughout the summer
Filling every second of time
With anything we could
We’d pack our bags and go to far off places
Leaving our homes behind
To experience a new adventure
Create a new memory
To last through the ages

Today we spend time with our loved ones

Staying home with our families
While we may miss a camp
And the new opportunities and experiences
We learn to appreciate all we have
And to see just how much time we really have
To do the things that are truly important to us
And to build lasting relationships.
