and know its contents. I also understand and agree that the
Employee Handbook is not an employment contract for any specific
period of employment or for continuing or long term employment.
Therefore, I acknowledge and understand that unless I have a
written employment agreement with accountScent that provides
otherwise, I have the right to resign from my employment with
accountScent at any time with or without notice and with or without
cause, and that accountScent has the right to terminate my
employment at any time with or without notice and with or without
cause. I have read, understand and agree to all of the above. I have
also read and understand the accountScent Employee Handbook. I
agree to return the Employee Handbook upon termination of my
employment.

CONFIDENTIALITY POLICY AND PLEDGE
Any information that an employee learns about accountScent, or
its members or donors, as a result of working for accountScent that
is not otherwise publicly available constitutes confidential
information. Employees may not disclose confidential information to
anyone who is not employed by accountScent or to other persons
employed by accountScent who do not need to know such
information to assist in rendering services. The disclosure,
distribution, electronic transmission or copying of accountScent’s
confidential information is prohibited. Any employee who discloses
confidential accountScent information will be subject to disciplinary
action (including possible separation), even if he or she does not
actually benefit from the disclosure of such information. I understand

MISSION STATEMENT

The Mission of AccountScent Company is to provide the customers'


desire on perfume scents with affordable and high quality product
regardless of their gender and status. Our knowledgeable staff will
assist and help with guidance to our dear customers in choosing
what perfume will fit on them or what scent they prefer.

OVERVIEW

AccountScent is a start-up business providing competent products


with affordable price for both men and women. AccountScent has
an aromatic fragrance that will surely love by the consumer. The
products are produced with the reliable resources that surely have
high quality materials to ensure its aromatic quality which will be
liked by customers. It innovates product to enjoy their whole day
activity with long lasting fragrance provided by the AccountScent
Perfume. It will help the customers to boost up their confidence to
interact with others. The AccountScent company would not only
wanted to earn profit but it also has a goal to help others. The
company wants to promote personal hygiene awareness.
AccountScent Perfume are available in containers and for refilling
service through stall, online, and in contact number that was
provided by the company for the customer to be able to have
transaction. Grab a perfume now and walk with confidence high.
Soon accountScent will undergo to an innovation of products and
the business itself, production of oil base perfume is now under the
preparation of accountScent for the future market to be more
competitive and better result of the product, the oil based perfume
has a formula that emits a richer aroma and it nourishes and
moisturizes skin. And also, the products will be more accessible by
establishing a bigger market for the distributors and customers as
well for the ease of transaction. AccountScent perfume is eco-
friendly because the perfume is more on refilling so it will not
damage the environment regarding the waste disposal.

POLICY STATEMENT

Code of Conduct

A code of conduct is a set of rules, values or ethical practices


that an accountScent employees should followed on a day to day
basis. It is a guide on how employees should behave inside the
workplace, to maintain the order, and provide clear standards and
expectation on how they act inside the business. The following are
the code of conduct of accountScent business:

1. The workers should wear required working attire to prevent


any harm.
2. No any kind of distraction such as gadgets and visitors during
work hours.
3. Attendance and punctuality of employee must observe and
absence without notice are prohibited.

Communication Policy

Communication policy is a set of rules that can lead to the business


better relationship to its customer. Through good communication,
appropriate values and characteristics, understanding and have a
respectful personnel the business will run effectively and gain the
heart and trust of the customers. The following are sets of
communication policy that accountScent business employees
should be aware:

1. Answering question with the use of appropriate word to the


customer. Open for feedback and listening effectively as open and
good communication as one of the core value of the business 2.
Open communication is one of our core principles. We are dedicated
to this purpose. It can be conveyed in a full, unambiguous and timely
way, unless anything is commercially confidential.

A Non discrimination policy purpose is to ensure that the rights of


each individuals either employees and customer will be exercised
inside the business. Protect the individuals to have fair and equal

to our company.

Compensation and Benefits Policy

Compensation and benefits policy refers to salary and additional


reward monetary or non monetary, that a company provides to its
employees based on their performance in the business. It helps
human workforce to attract, stay loyal and be motivated at their
work. The following are the compensation and benefits policy of
accountScent business.

1. AccountScent aims to provide appropriate and equitable


compensation and benefits program to the employees. Serve and
give the right pay based on company and individual performance.
2. A year-end bonus for each employee is implemented by
accountScents to reward them for a job well done and to inspire
them to do even better. It is also a way to express our appreciation
for their excellent results throughout the year.
3. The company believes to be the best it needs to satisfy the
employees itself, with that AccountScent apart from cash the
business offers assistance like medical insurance and loans to
adverse life events such as medical and financial difficulty.

New Hire and Separation Policy

New hire and separation policy provide information on how and


what are the procedure in separation, entering and terminating
employees in a business. To help people to prevent legal problems
and improve performance knowing what an employee should do and
not in a business. The following are the new hire and separation
policy of accountScent business:

1. Employees at accountScents are asked to include a notice of


their intention to separate positions for a period of two weeks. The
worker should provide the manager with a written notification of
resignation.
2. AccountScents will assist new workers to settle into their new
work. We will provide necessary information about their new job and
our business to new employees, as well as promote a growing
sense of security around an uncertain workplace.
3. AccountScent ensure and treat every employees equally and
fair that when termination is applied there will be a procedure or
process to be conducted to the reasons for the termination of
employee. And when it support and justifiable with unsatisfactory or
mis lawful acts termination can be considered.
