by NIKKO CAMACHO HERNANDEZ, of legal age, Filipino citizen, married to DONALYN CABRAL
HERNANDEZ, with residence and postal address at Cataggaman Nuevo, Tuguegarao City do
hereby SELL, CEDE, TRANSFER AND CONVEY, by way of ABSOLUTE SALE, unto the said
NIKKO CAMACHO HERNANDEZ, his heirs, assigns and successors-in-interest that certain parcel
