Amman – Jordan was first Established in 2005.

 The Factory started production on November 2006.

LIPPO CIKARANG - BEKASI 17530 INDONESIA has been
Established in 2015 as our second state of art production facility.

 The Factory started production and on January 2018.

 SUTCON SUTURES ® commenced its business operations through a
German and UK collaboration in Jordan and Indonesia. The
Company is primarily engaged in the manufacturing and the
marketing of a comprehensive range of sterilized Absorbable and
Non-Absorbable surgical sutures, as per USP & EP.

 Our Quality Control Laboratory applies the latest analytical methods and a
strict system to maintain the highest quality to ensure the efficiency of our
product, and the most important characteristics of this system are:
1. Subjecting our raw material used in manufacturing to a strict and
accurate test to reach a final product of high quality according to
international standards USP / EP.

2. Continuous monitoring to maintain the stability of the specifications in

the manufacturing phase (per batch).

3. Examination of the product in every stage of manufacturing to make

sure it complies with the international standards at each stage
separately.

 Rigorous control and strict adherence to quality Specifications have enabled us

to ensure guaranteed reliability of our products. The raw materials used in
manufacturing go through strict testing procedures to produce the finished
products in compliance with USP and EP standards.
 The long-term stability of each batch is monitored continuously and post
marketing surveillance is conducted on random batches to assess the
performance of the products after dispatch.
Sterilization system:

 The presence of the latest Automated sterilizing

machines in our industry which has special
programs for sterilizing medical sutures
according to there types, is the guarantee for a
safe and a microorganism free product.
