correctly and safely, and prolong its service life to be a real good assistant

for you.

AC series hand pallet trucks that we produce, are widely used in

factories, shops, warehouse and so on every walks of life. It is low lifting

material handling equipment, and it can be used to transport all kinds of

heavy loads. This hand pallet truck should be used on the rigid flat

ground, and environment temperature is between - 20 ~ 40 ℃. The pallet

truck does not only lift smoothly, safe, and also easy to operate, reliable

quality. In addition, it can be customized the special specification

according to the user’s actual needs.

This manual will be focused on the introduction of hand pallet truck

specifications, handle installation, adjust buffer device, attentions,

safe operating guide, fault analysis and solution, and so on.

If your hand pallet truck fails to work properly during use, please take

this instruction for reference and preliminary judge the causes of failure

2. Handle Installation
In order to transport easily, handle and truck body are packed separately. The user can install them
according to the figure 2-1 and figure 2-2.

Figure 2-1 Figure 2-2

2.1 Put the handle (113) on top of the pump core (303), and strike the handle positioning shaft (106)
with hammer, to make it go into the hole between the hydraulic pump and handle (113) (Note: let
the handle positioning shaft center hole at the direction of "\", and the spring pin hole face to you. )
And then use a plier and hammer to knock the spring pin (107) into the positioning shaft (106).

2.2 And then put down the handle (113), remove the pump core limit lever (322) (As shown in figure2-
1, figure 2-2)

3
2.3 To get the drop bolt (103), hexagonal nut (104), nonmetallic insert lock nut (105) and chain (102)
through into the center hole of the handle positioning shaft, and then adjust the pedal control (327).
Put the drop bolt (103) into the groove in front of it, and the hexagonal nut (104) on the top of the pedal
control (327), and stick the nonmetallic insert lock nut (105) under the pedal control (327). In this
way, the handle is installed on the hydraulic pump.

3. Adjust Buffer Device

You can see the small Control handle (119) on top of the handle in hand pallet truck. It can be
transferred to three positions (see figure 3-1). After finish operating, it should be transferred to the
Middle position. These three positions have been adjusted well before leave the factory. If any changes
in an accident, you can reset it according to the following steps:

Lower —— Lower position

Drive ——Middle position

Raise ——Raise position

Figure 3-1

3.1 If the small Control handle (119) is in the Middle position, and pressure the oil pump, hand pallet
truck raises up, we should screw clockwise the hexagonal nut (104) on the drop bolt (103), and the
nonmetallic insert lock nut (105). Pressure the oil pump again, until the hand pallet truck won’t rise
up any more, and everything works properly.

3.2 If the small Control handle (119) is in the Middle position, and pressure the oil pump, hand pallet
truck lowers down, we should screw anticlockwise the hexagonal nut (104) and the nonmetallic insert
lock nut (105), until the hand pallet truck won’t lower down any more.

3.3 When the small Control handle (119) is in the Lower position, but the pallet truck can’t lower
down, screw clockwise the hexagonal nut (104) and the nonmetallic insert lock nut (105), until the
small Control Handle (119) keep at the same position and the pallet truck lowers down. Follow up the
steps 3.1 / 3.2, and check the middle position to make sure the hexagonal nut (104) and the nonmetallic
insert lock nut (105) are in the correct position.

3.4 When the small Control handle (119) is at the Raise position, and pressure the oil pump, but hand
pallet truck can’t rise up. We should screw anticlockwise the hexagonal nut (104) and the nonmetallic
insert lock nut (105), until the small Control handle in the same position and the hand pallet truck raise
up. And then follow up the steps 3.1 /3.2 / 3.3, check the Middle position and Lower position to make
sure the hexagonal nut (104) and the nonmetallic insert lock nut (105) are in the correct position.

4. Attentions
Frequent maintenance is requested for the hand pallet truck.
4.1 Oil
Examine oil level every three months. Generally, the “Great Wall” 46 # anti-wear cyclic hydraulic oil
is our company appointed. User can replace the hydraulic oil of the same nature. Total amount is about
0.41 L.

4.2 Exhaust
Due to transportation or pump body turned over, air is likely to enter into the hydraulic oil. This will
lead to hand pallet truck not rise up, even the control handle (119) at the Raise position when pressure
the oil pump. You can exhaust in such a way: Move the small Control handle (119) to the Lowering
position, and then repeatedly pull the handle (113) up and down several times

4.3 Daily Inspection & Maintenance

Daily inspection of hand pallet truck can reduce wear as much as possible. Pay special attention to
the wheels, axles and check if there are some sundries such as cotton thread and clothes wrapped in the
wheels. After transport, unload the goods, and take out the sundries, clean up dirt and debris on the oil
pump, and lower the hand pallet ruck down to minimum.

4.4 Lubrication
Before this product delivery, all of the bearing / shaft have been combined with the persistent
lubricating oil. When monthly routine inspection, cleaning the oil pump and lubrication points, and fill
lubricating oil to the lubrication.

5. Safe Operating Guide
5.1 Before using this hand pallet truck, the operator must read this manual seriously and the warning
indicated on the truck.
5.2 When moving the hand pallet truck, usually, transfer the small control handle to the Middle
position, in this way, it is not only easy to move handle, reduce the rebounding force from pump core to
handle, but also protect the oil seal rings and piston component, prolong service life of the truck.
5.3 Don’t use the pallet truck if not familiar with it and without training
5.4 Before use, must check the wheels (219、222、225、311), handle complete, lever frame (204),
truck body, pedal control (327)
5.5 Don't use forklift on slope.
5.6 Don't use forklift to carry personnel.
5.7 Operator shall wear gloves for the purpose of protection.
5.8 During transporting, personnel shall be 600mm away from carrier.
5.9 Pay attention to center of gravity to avoid offset or inclination (see Figure 5-1)
5.l0Don't overload.
5.11Operator shall cautiously operate under special circumstances or at special places.
