NVX-1000 NAVTEX (Navigational Telex) is a world wide coastal telex broadcasting system. The broadcast stations transmit Navigational ‘Wamings, Meteorological Warnings, Search and Rescue (SAR) information and other types of information. The NVX-1000 receves NAVTEX messages and displays them together wth station ID. Every incoming message is read on the LCD display No paper's required. Als, the NVX-1000 supports reception of all three IMO NAVTEX frequencies and provides simultaneous, dual channel monitoring of two channe's. The channel of 518kHzis always active, while ether that of 400kHz or that of 4209, 5kHz. is active as selected in advance.
