What did you notice about your heart rates? Do you think it is necessary to learn how to estimate these
types of heart rate? Why?

- My heart beats are normal in all. Yes, it is necessary to learn it because you should know that if
you heart beat is in normal condition or not. So you can prepare for what ever happens and
know what to do.
