analysis your pulse. Even if you're not an athlete, knowledge about your heart rate
can help you monitor your fitness level and the intensity of your engagement in a
particular exercise or PA — and it might even help you spot developing health
problems. Your heart rate, or pulse, is the number of times your heart beats per
minute. ... Knowing yours can be an important heart-healthy gauge.

Simple Exercise or PA
To analyze your pulse, you have 3 options to choose from:
Option 1: perform a minimum of 8 minutes and a maximum of 10 minutes WALKING
exercises; OR
Option 2: perform a minimum of 5 minutes and a maximum of 8 minutes LIGHT
JOGGING exercise; OR
Option 3: perform a 3 minutes moderate steps test (with an average 20-24 steps in a
minute)

1. Resting heart rate (must get before the exercise) 76 BPM

2. Exercise heart rate (must get right after the exercise)
