1- Logical Thinking and Creativity

 Overview:

Creativity and logical thinking is the ability to think or behave in ways that are different from what
others have done before, and to come up with fresh and unique ideas, methods, or items. Creativity
entails bringing your thoughts, fantasies, and desires to life. It enables the Entrepreneurs must be

able to introduce fresh opportunities into the market. “To be successful, creative advertising must

first be noticed and then have a specified effect on the viewer. If it is not noticed, or if this effect
is not achieved, the creative endeavor is considered to have failed”(Jaafar El-Murad June 2004). The
main constituents of logical thinking and creativity in every individual must have creative thinking,
motivation and expertise. Individuals' minds contain expertise and innovative ideas, however
motivation dictates what they will actually perform. "Creativity is the most effective way of
generating added value using existing values"(Sipahi Dr. Esra, 2017)

For example, a construction company must identify all potential hazards on the job site in order to
ensure that its workers are working as safely as possible. There may be injuries or even deaths if
this study is not conducted, causing tremendous grief to employees and hurting the company's
reputation.

 Importance

Creative and logical thinking abilities are vital because they can assist you in making crucial
decisions, solving difficulties, coming up with creative ideas, and setting goals—all of which are
required for your career advancement. Thinking logically and creatively is a means of coming up
with new or unconventional answers that aren't solely based on previous or current solutions. “But
without that great idea, there would be no great product”( David Kirsh Jan 2014).

Thinking logically and creatively can help you become more self-reliant and confident. We can
think independently without the assistance of others, which makes you a stronger person. Thinking
with an open mind provides you a purpose to get out of bed every morning and explore new ideas
and thoughts. It improves the quality of life. Creative thinking can reveal latent capabilities that
were previously unaware of. We continue to learn new, inventive methods to solve challenges in
our artwork and in life when we make creativity a habit. The more experience you have with
creative thinking, the easier it will be to manage difficult situations in life.

 Techniques

Mohammad don't limit to a predictable routine. Consider it a different way and take a fresh

approach to expressing yourself. Don’t hang back to take the hazards and risk otherwise ultimately

it will affect your self-possession. Make a constructive approach to get rid of the negative thoughts

that are preventing you from being creative. You must concentrate to your strengths and try to

incorporate more of them in your life. In order to boast up your logical thinking Mohammad, you

must change your daily routine i-e fix your time for exercise daily as healthy body requires a

healthy mind. Make your interaction with new community and people as interacting share different

prospects regarding to work which will ease your approach towards building creativity and logical

thinking. You should realized and accept that a problem may have several solutions and investigate

each one rather than stocking on a single point. Wondering about things connected to your project

allows you to broaden your horizons and try new things which will be very much effective in

origination of new strategies and approach towards the development of firm. “The difference

between a successful ground solution and a negative one can be determined by creativity” (by

Marilyn Higgins Aug 2010).

2- Independent working
 Overview
Parts of the Derivative Work that are not derived from the program and can be considered distinct
and separate works are referred to as Independent Work. Being self-sufficient does not imply that
you will never have to collaborate with others or that you will never need assistance. It implies
that you accept responsibility for and control over your actions and decisions while keeping others
in mind. “Make it possible for every student to participate in at least two high-impact activities during his
or her undergraduate program, one in the first year, and one taken later in relation to the major field "(Nancy
O'Neill, 2010)

Taking responsibility for initiatives and well-organized duties. Feel comfortable making decisions
and carrying out plans on your own. The ability to work independently of supervision. You thrive
in a self-directed work setting where you have a lot of freedom. It means working independently
enables learning to work at a pace that you can maintain accepting responsibility for your mistakes
without looking for justifications and make suitable solutions by own self.

 Importance

Everyone has a different way of functioning that they enjoy. In truth, many people like working
alone on a project and taking charge of their own destiny. Working alone can help you gain
independence while also allowing you to be more creative. Being in charge, on the other hand,
allows you to complete activities and projects at your own pace and in the manner you believe
would provide the best results. There's no external pressure, fewer distractions, and no time to
waste. It enhances your skill of responsibility and your devotion towards the work which will make
your decision making as well as leadership qualities very much effective. Without interference of
external and internal factors you’ll find it simpler to focus, work faster, know exactly what's going
on, and have a lot more clarity in the project you're working on with less distractions. Working
alone, on the other hand, eliminates all of the stress that comes with working in a group. Nobody
can tell you otherwise, therefore you make your own choice.

 Techniques

Mohammad in order to get rid of this negative behavior you should try going to a private working
space or arriving into the office when no one else is there. Even if you only do these tasks for
couple of a time daily, they will help you become more accustomed to working alone. If working
alone feels uncomfortable, set aside a little amount of time each day to withdraw from social media,
Slack, and email so you can focus entirely on your work. In order to develop the keen approach
towards the working isolated choose a day in a week on which you can make yourself prepare for
every aspects of task and have enough idea to tackle the situation quite comfortably without
assistance of some else. One might flourish easily if he takes the things quite seriously and see the
ground realities of the project. Sometimes for the time cause things seems to be happened wrongly
which ultimately affect the project. When you're working alone, it's easy to feel like the clock is
ticking away at you. This may lead you to question your approach and seek out shortcuts which
ultimately have a great effect on preparing future plans of the project. “Effective leadership
involves more than "winning friends and influencing, people” (James C. Worthy Vol. 15, No. 2
Apr., 1950).

3-Taking the initiative

 Overview

Initiative is defined as the ability to be resourceful and work without being told what to do. It
necessitates grit and determination. Individuals who take the initiative demonstrate their ability to
think for themselves and act when appropriate. An initiative is the beginning of anything with the
hope of it continuing. Simply put, taking initiative is being the one to grasp an opportunity and see
it through - frequently before it's even been asked for. "Initiative is doing the right thing without
being told."(Victor Hugo, 2016)

A common example like working for a charity, and your coworkers are putting info sheets and
pamphlets into envelopes. You realize that setting up a production line and organizing your
coworkers to do so would be far more efficient. As recognizing initiative in our self and others is
half the battle. Taking the initiative enables to demonstrate itself and have enough knowledge to
contribute towards the development of a company.

 Importance

Self-drive, self-awareness, insight, and personal motivation are all demonstrated by taking
initiative. Self-confidence is the outcome of taking initiative like volunteering for opportunities to
demonstrate your abilities with a solution-based perspective provides practice, which leads to
confidence. Taking the effort to volunteer for projects or establish a long-term career strategy
shows your employer that you are trustworthy. This means they'll be able to place more trust in
you in the future. Taking initiative aid in the development of leadership abilities which will be
very effective in running a firm rather of relying on someone which will make the higher quality
standards. For the bright future taking initiative increases your chances of promotion and
advancement in your work. Others look up to you as a role model. Many often, all it takes is one
individual to have the guts to take the first step toward their objective, and others will follow suit
which is the source of inspiration to other teammates. “One strategic management tool used to
promote organizational performance is proactive management” (Holly T. Goerdel July 2005).

 Techniques

Mohammad need to realize that for every prospect he must have a constructive approach toward
the work. When he is off from the work he takes some time to see the working of project which
is a great approach to show initiative. It demonstrates its dedication to the task and reflects
positively on his work habits. The major setback for the Mohammad is that he does not pay
attention while addressing the new ideas in a meeting so in order to overcome this issue he needs
to make sure to date on everything that's going on at company. In order to enhance the initiative
skill questions enhance clarity, which trickles down to bettering your personal skills and work
quality which will have positive impact on Mohammad that’s enables him to take partuicpatio0n
in the meeting and show his keen interest in the meeting by sharing different ideas which will be
very helpful in building the planning ability rather than relying on others. Before the starting of
meeting Mohammad must have an outline of the agenda which has to be discus rather than entire
plan which will be vet much effective in sharing and contributing the ideas. “Rotating leadership
positions, rather than holding a fixed role, can help innovation networks succeed”.(Antti
Pellinen 2012).
