PROJECT SCOPE

The Data Privacy Office needs a platform where they can implement online Data Privacy Awareness Training
and Validation/Knowledge Check.

The training and exams will cover topics discussed during the ITOP and the more extensive Data Privacy
Training for all USSC Employees.

2. PROJECT GOALS

To address this requirement, for the validation/examination part, DPO will be using the existing FLA Exam
Portal owned by Product Management. However, after testing the access, it was found that the portal is not
accessible by Head Office Personnel (iCash type = HO).

The FLA Exam Portal is only accessible by non-HO personnel
