The first part of the book is an introduction to the system of

views on which these techniques are based.

The second part describes techniques that allow you to master

the shamanic vision, learn how to create a sacred space and heal
yourself. Do not try to heal others, if you have not received the
appropriate training under the guidance of an experienced
mentor.

In the third part, more complex techniques are described, which

should be performed only by a knowledgeable healer - a person
trained by skilled teachers. These chapters describe how to
extract alien energies (or essences) and how to help a loved one
before his last journey to the Spirit World. - There is one danger
associated with energy healing, which threatens not only the
patient, but also the healer himself. Insufficiently trained healers
are engaged in treatment, not understanding the principles of the
human energy field. I saw how such grief-doctors "heal" cancer
patients, after which the tumor swiftly spreads throughout the
body. The fact is that the cancer feeds on certain types of
energy. I saw other sad cases: when patients with serious mental
disorders addressed inexperienced physicians,

One day a woman came to me, whose daughter had died in a car
accident just before. She managed to visit the medium, who
stated that the baby is always there - the mother is simply "to be
open", and then she will certainly feel the presence of her
deceased daughter. The woman felt better, but a few days later
she started to have insomnia. When she came to me, she
confessed that she had not slept for a whole week. However, first
of all she said that she wants to die and is ready to take her own
life. Having checked the woman's luminous body for the presence
of a foreign entity (see the eighth chapter), I discovered it. The
girl's spirit attached to the glowing Energy Field of the mother in
search of safety, as she suffered from the confusion and fear that
usually arise after an unexpected death. The medium advised the
woman to "be open" from the best of motives,

At the first session of healing, the woman freed her daughter and
gave her to luminous creatures. They took the girl to the Light,
into the world of the Spirit. Mother was very upset about this
event. During the Enlightenment Process, she saw death as a
gate leading to infinity; she realized that her daughter was
