Steps Towards Settlement:


1. Prepare an incident report.
2. Have all the concerned teachers sign the petition.
3. Submit the petition to Dr. Penelope.
4. Days after Dr. Penelope responded and have us proceed to his office to
have a settlement meeting with the principal.
5. An agreement was reached between the teachers and the principal

1. The principal should explain in writing the why, how and the what of his
intention beforehand and let the teachers know.
2. If there will be suggestions or objections and most of the teachers agree on
it, then the principal should abide by it if it led to the same principle that
answers the why.
3. However, if it means a solution that led to cost efficiency, an agreement
with all the parties concerned must be reached.

I. AUTHORITY
In compliance with DepED Order No. 35, s. 2004 of the Department of
Education, the following individuals are designated as members of the
Grievance Committee: Dr. Rex C. Penelope, Dr. Vicente F. Torres, and Dr.
Aileen C. Ruiz, through a Memorandum dated May 8, 2021.
Furthermore, this grievance was appealed from N. A. (state here previous
authority who addressed the grievance) where it was unresolved. Thus, within
the jurisdiction of the School/District Grievance Committee.

III. WHAT TRANSPIRED DURING THE GRIEVANCE MEETING

1. The teachers stated three cases, and each case was narrated
by the teachers present during the meeting.
2. They presented screenshots and video recordings as an exhibit
of their evidence.
3. The principal stated the reasons the logic behind his
intentions.
