With reference to the captioned subject, it is to inform that Sri Harimohan Saw Alc no
20419466977 PPO no: 10061 301320 is drawing pension from our Mughalsarai Branch. His
pension was stopped since Jan-201/ due to non submission of Life Certiticate. Now he has
submitted his life certi ficate to our branch and submitted an application that due to his
critical illness he was not able to subrnit the life certificate for last 3 years. As per railway
guidelines, our CPPC requires permission trom your side for restart1ng his pension and
payment of arrears. Kindly give your kind permission tor restarting his pension and payrnent
