 All SINHS’ Master Teachers from Junior High School and Senior High School

Proceedings: (What transpired during activity? Attach photos)

 The LAC Session started at 10:00 o’clock in the morning (Tuesday). To start the session,
Ma’am Caren Gay G. Taluban led the opening prayer.
 The session was presided by Mr. Joel A. Cruz (School Principal).
 Master Teachers received printed copies of the RPMS Tool for Master Teacher I-IV (S.Y. 2020-
2021) in the time of Covid-19.
 The roles and responsibilities were singled out and stressed out during the earlier part of the
session.
 The conference proceeded to the deeper discussion and interpretation of the five (5) KRAs
together with each KRA objectives, Means of Verification (MOVs) and the Performance
Indicators.

 The discussion on the Performance Indicators was discussed thoroughly interpreting and
explaining every part making it more comprehensive for both the rater and the ratee.

 Each Master Teacher was asked to give examples of what was supposed to be done during

presentations and observations. A total of two observations of any types among the given
options preferred by the Master Teacher must done and conducted. (One in the First Semester
and another one in the Second Semester.
 The Master Teachers were also tasked to update the Bulletin Boards per year level on a regular
basis.
 The session ended at 12:01 in the afternoon.
