DESCRIPTION QUANTITY UNIT PRICE
SUGAR ICUMSA 45 RBU 100,000 TM/Month 290,00$/TM

PAYMENT CONDITIONS: Letter of Credit (DLC) 100% irrevocable and at sight,

renewable month by month, for a total of 29,000,000.00 USD per month (Twenty
Nine Millons USD/Month). Once the payment method is confirmed in the seller's
bank, the product will be certified by SGS, at the customs exit of the port of
Santos, state of Sao Paulo, Brazil, and will be loaded on the ship and sent to the
destination port with all your documentation, and at that time the full amount of
these letter of credit (DLC) will be released at the seller's bank, once the certified
document is by SGS is available. 100,000 Tons/Month (One Hundred Thousand
Tons per month), of sugar ICUMSA 45 RBU per month, that is, 1,200,000 Tons per
year (One Million Two Hundred Thousand Tons / Year).
All bank charges, including confirmation from the Buyer's Bank, shall be borne by the
Buyer, and all bank charges incurred by the Seller at the Seller's Bank shall be borne
by the Seller.

UNIT PRICE: 290.USD per Metric Tons.

GOODS DEPARTURE POINT: The product's country of origin is Brazil. At the

departure customs of the Santos port, São Paulo, Brazil, the Société Générale de
Surveillance (SGS) will issue a certificate of inspection of the quantity, quality and
weight of the packages with the product loaded for shipment, and will certify that
the merchandise It is in good conditions and with your legal documentation
prepared, to be able to be delivered to the client right there, at the customs of the
same port . A packaging status report will also be provided.

Note: It is essential that the buyer issues us a complete ICPO or corporate LOI with all
the data of the real buyer, and stating in it the price, the procedure and the form of
payment that we have communicated to you in this report, in order to be able to issue
this same offer in an official and corporate way, directed and personalized for the
buyer.
