are used to track items as they're taken from shelves. => Customers scan, pick
the items they want, and go. No lines and no checkout.

check out.

- The app gives caretaker service and 24-hour client support for patrons, and

In conclusion, the role of information technology playing in these strategies is

resources, competing with other companies in the market.
