Terms & Conditions:
1. The successful registration of Smartphone Standalone Offer is subject to the pre-condition that the smartphone reserved by Subscriber
(“the Smartphone”) will be available within two (2) months from the date of submission of registration. For the avoidance of doubt, if the
Smartphone is available within two (2) months, the smartphone price shall be payable to HKBN Enterprise Solutions Limited (“HKBNES”);
whereas, the registration will be suspended until further confirmation received from Subscriber if the Smartphone is not available within
such two-month period.
2. Subscriber is required to settle smartphone price within fourteen (14) working days after the registration is accepted by HKBNES.
HKBNES reserves the right to cancel the related registration if Subscriber has not settled the payment within the timeline as mentioned
above. HKBNES will arrange smartphone delivery after Subscriber settles all the smartphone price. Designated model of iPhone supports

dual SIM, dual standby. Data and voice SIM selectable in settings. Use of Dual SIM requires two wireless service plans (which may include
restrictions on roaming). Does not support simultaneous use of two CDMA wireless service plans. Not all carriers support Dual VoLTE.
Certain restrictions apply.
3. Subscriber is not allowed to change smartphone model, smartphone capacity and/or color once the registration is accepted by HKBNES.
4. Subscriber shall visit Apple authorized service providers for iPhone repair service.
5. Subscriber who purchases or picks up Apple product(s), no matter delivery via what channels, shall check the product(s) immediately if
there is any damage. The device will be activated before the delivery, upon successful of delivery, the product(s) cannot be exchanged,
returned or refunded.
6. Subscriber shall agree to and abide by the terms and conditions of Apple Inc's end-user software license agreement.
7. The smartphone price and any payment made to HKBNES will be non-transferable and non-refundable.
8. In case of any disputes, the decision of HKBNES shall be final and conclusive.

e-Statement (HKBNES will send the e-Statement to the Correspondence email address provided above. If not specified, e-Statement will be selected for
Subscriber.)

Printed statement (HKBNES will send the printed statement to the Correspondence address provided above. Each printed statement will be charged at HK$30. HKBNES
reserves the right to adjust the amount of such charge.)
