Contract of Agreement

This contract is made by and between Fusion Events and BachelorHQ Co. Pvt. Ltd and is
effective as of 23rd September. This contract serves as an agreement for the distribution of
goods and services and remuneration in the planning of Adam’s Bachelor part on 14 th October

Scope of Services

Fusion Events are responsible for the planning and coordination of the Event. This shall include
making appropriate reservations, creating a format for invitations, reserving necessary space for
the Event, and handling on-site logistics. Additional duties may be required based on the nature
of the Event and should be described below:
 Procurement of alcohol serving license for the party
 Hiring Entertaiment services such as limo, dancers, poker game etc

Compensation

As compensation for the Fusion Events services, the Client agrees to pay a total of $1000 to the
Event Planner. 60% of the payment will be made upon finalizing the appropriate location of the
party.
The remaining balance of $400 shall be due on the main event date (14 th October) of the event.
If the balance is not received within this period of time, an interest rate of 15% of the remaining
balance shall be charged for every week the balance is past due.

Services to Render by Hiring freelancers

Based on preliminary discussions, BachelorHQ Co. Pvt. Ltd will compile a list of preferred
Freelancers and review that list with Fusion Events. This list may include, but is not limited to,
caterers, rental agencies, musicians, DJs, photographers, Videographers, chefs, hotels etc.
Services desired by t BachelorHQ Co. Pvt. Ltd will be drawn from the approved Freelancers list
when possible.

BachelorHQ Co. Pvt. Ltd is responsible for all payments made to the freelancers chosen, and will
be notified of all due dates at the time that an agreement is formed with these parties.

Date Changes and Cancellations

Should the date of the Event change, Fusion Events Ltd will make the best effort possible to
accommodate the new date. The Client understands that last-minute changes can affect the
quality of the final Event and that these changes are not necessarily the fault of the Event
Planner.

If any vendor wants to back out of the Event, the vendor should notify BachelorHQ Co. Pvt. Ltd
no later than thirty (30) days prior to the planned date. Should the Event be canceled after that
deadline, BachelorHQ Co. Pvt. Ltd may collect the full fee owed, including any applicable
interest that may arise due to late payments.
Weather

BachelorHQ Co. Pvt. Ltd will make an effort to select an alternate venue for outdoor events
where weather is a concern if possible. In the event of severe weather that may disrupt the
Event or prevent it from being held, the vendor will be eligible for the partial payment of 30% or
300 dollars. By signing below, both Fusion Events Ltd and BachelorHQ Co. Pvt. Ltd indicate that
they have read, understand, and agree to all terms and conditions presented above.
