It is almost two years of quarantine after Coronavirus Disease or widely known as Covid-19 started its outbreak in December 2019, but it is not the only virus was sweeps across the world, as well as negative psychological effects such as post-traumatic symptoms, confusion, and stress. Based on Social Weather Stations, 9 of 10 Filipinos who lost their jobs and have jobs but have not received their salaries are underlying in stress conditions due to coronavirus pandemic. These stress conditions include longer quarantine duration, degree of fear, frustration, boredom, inadequate supplies, and financial loss, specifically for at least 4.2 million families who experienced great stress after having insufficient assistance from the government that causes hunger in people. According to UNICEF Organization, the Philippines has closed its schools nationwide since the outbreak of Covid-19, the longer period of online classes affects students’ learning, productivity, and growth. In this kind of learning, 29% of students are lack assets for remote learning and unable to enroll due to lack of support in using the technology, poor learning environment, household responsibilities, and some students forced to work for their financial needs. World Bank, UNESCO, and UNICEF were calling for the Philippine government to take some actions, and their responsibilities for giving sufficient assistance to families nationwide and bring students in school where they can have psychological needs and meet their learning without distractions.
