WRITE YOUR OBSERVATION REPORT HERE

Because face-to-face interaction was not yet established due to the pandemic,
Google Meet functions as the new classroom for learners in the new regular set up of
education. During our online class observation with one of our resource instructors, their
session was seamless and orderly, and the instructor's and students' internet connections
were both stable. The students' google classroom, where they can submit their assignments
and activities, is well-organized and labeled so that they don't get confused when
completing their work, and the instructors also gave a pdf file so that the students may
read ahead of time for their upcoming discussions.
WRITE YOUR ANALYSIS HERE

1. What influence does the classroom have on student learning? Give

your conclusion.

The classroom has the power to influence the well-being and motivation of
students. The classroom atmosphere clearly has an important impact in learners'
learning, as evidenced by the videos. Different sorts of workspaces are provided
in classrooms to address the requirements of students who study in different
ways. Teachers and facilitators are putting in extra effort to construct effective
learning settings for a variety of student groups in order to provide the finest
education possible for their learners, in which the environment has a big impact
on the children's ability to learn.

2. What does it have to do with your understanding of child and adolescent

development? What does this have to do with your understanding of
learning facilitation? Give your discussion.

Understanding child and adolescent development is vital to know in the

classroom. Teachers should examine what the students need to learn based on
their age and development. However, this has to do with the idea of learning
facilitation, in which you must consider some ways in order for the student to
learn in a way that is appropriate for their development and to retain their
engagement as independent lifelong learners during the learning process.
