BROKERAGE AGREEMENT
To whom it may concern:

When fully executed by authorized representatives of the parties, the terms and conditions set

1. Scope of Agreement:
Broker will provide
dry lease of the aircraft 737-800 manufacture 2008, model: B 737-800 passenger
version, EASA compliant for lease (“Aircraft”)

2. Stipulations:
No like competitive products will be accepted by Broker for his search without prior
clearance and written approval of (your company name). No competitor shall be
 consulted directly or counseled in any manner once we share documents or
information regarding the plane

3. Broker Certification:
By executing this Agreement, Broker agrees that no information regarding the
company would be shared without NCNDA and would in any manner whatsoever be
passed on or granted directly or indirectly to any customer, buyer, agent, or
intermediary acting in behalf or under the control of the company
same time Company would mantain confidential the plane informations

4. Termination:
Either party with written notice of intent may terminate this Agreement. Termination
would be for termination period or for non conformity plane provided as the request
5. Other:
No other conditions are implied or included that may alter or enlarge this Agreement.
