"Business is business" Micro Film Series on Business Ethics in this short movie it talks about the

business ethics, it talks about how integrity is important in line of business. Upon reviewing the movie
it gives us an important things that needs to work on when it comes to legalities. In the movie the
business partner was involve into serious problem he violates the law by accepting some compensation
from a third party without any approval by the other shareholders or the board of directors which it
cause into a serious problem for the company. Being partner with someone in the line of business we
must be transparent to our partners to avoid any problems in the future. Integrity is very important,
everyone’s responsibility is to act legally, integrity does not just apply in business but it applies also for
the whole. No matter what if you’re just an employee or a business owner partnered by someone your
integrity is very important in any kind of business, your integrity matters. Having your integrity is the
way how you respect your job and your position and business itself. The business feeds you the job
feeds you and you must give back to them by having those integrity by following code of conducts and
laws in business. The business wont grow if people who manage it or is working there are just like a
corrupt officials in the business. The business is just like a country if the leaders are full of corruption
we are going to nowhere the business will not go farther. The goal in all kind of business is to grow and
to establish a strong foundation financially and economically. We must be responsible enough by not
taking it for granted all the helps that the business gives you. Because of business we have jobs we are
able to bring a food in the table. If you have an integrity it’s just like you respect not just the business
but also you respect all the members in the business.
