ABSTRACT
Glamour Textile Ltd is a Spinning industry located on 11 Kilometer Manga Raiwind

Road District Lahore, Pakistan. ltd installed the Gas & diesel Power house which
have the capacity of 14MW where gas generators are 9 MW and Diesel generators
are 5MW. The gas generators are running on natural gas the gas & air are mix through
air filters and compressed via turbo charger after compression fuel temperature rise
reduce the temperature with after cooler core and fuel is transfer via intake valves to
cylinder head and here is process to burn this fuel and transfer the power to crankshaft
and generator is coupled with crankshaft generator is produced the power for industry
machines.

Glamour Textile Mill Ltd, 11 Kilometer Manga Raiwind Road District Lahore,
Pakistan. We are leaders in creating, developing and manufacturing of 100% cotton
yarn. We translate conceptual ideas of our customers into reality and shape them
through our technical bent and professional acumen. The team here strongly believes
that Customer satisfaction is the essence of business today. GTML has the technology
with expertise, products with knowledge and most importantly the right mindset to
achieve total customer satisfaction.
1.2. Vision
To transform the Company into a modern and dynamic yarn manufacturing company
that is fully equipped to play a meaningful role on sustainable basis in the economy
of Pakistan

1.4. Organogram

1.5. Title and Position of the Supervisor in charge:

are supposed to do it and within acceptable levels of quality, costs and safety.
A supervisor is responsible for the productivity and actions of a small group of

employees. The supervisor has several manager-like roles, responsibilities, and
powers. Two of the key differences between a supervisor and a manager are (1) the
supervisor does not typically have "hire and fire" authority, and (2) the supervisor does
not have budget authority

Chapter 3
WORKING EXPERIENCE
3.1. Project Carried out
During my project I have carried out cable laying, inverts installation, VCB
installation and new panels installation.
3.2. Hands on Skill Acquired

A hands-on approach is a powerful way to approach technical skills training, because
it gives people the opportunity to not only learn but to apply and practice new skills
in a safe environment. Instead of passively listening to a presentation that they will
forget quickly, employees take an active role in their learning. Hands-on soft skills
training improves learning retention and creates lasting behaviour change, leading to
an immediate impact on performance and ongoing improvement.
3.3. Problems Encountered
Forecasting the demands-we have mange the demand data to manage all
demands.
To control the inventory & ensure that to reduction of cost. Analysing the
parameters to increasing plant efficiency. Skilled labour is the key asset of the
company.
3.4. Problems solving Process, Approach
As discuss in problem encountering it must be important to execute the problem,

whenever you face problem, your primarily approach needs attention rather than
you create panic by facing troubles.

We improve equipment’s life by preventive maintenance & team work.

Supervisor convey information to the staff for better understanding and to
improve quality work.

CONCLUSION
4.1. Conclusion
The Power Plant is equipped with the state-of-the-art machinery and it help to continue
the operation without any interruption. When the smooth power is available the
product will be delivered at committed time. And here is it available. In the Glamour
textile Ltd we learn very practically and with ownership.
