GENERAL INTRODUCTION
HP （ HP-S ） series hydraulic press(bending machine) is an ideal equipment for
automotive service. It could be used for mounting, dismounting, alignment, calendaring,
stretching, bending, punching, etc.
The worktable could be reciprocate moving, so enlarged the open-close height of the
machine, and make the machine easy operation.

Ⅲ. ATTENTION LINE
1. Before using, please check the rotating direction of oil pump matches to the label mark.
NOTE: FORBIDDEN REVERSE ROTATION.
2. Fill 32# or 46# hydraulic oil into the pump.
3. Oil measure is up to the stipulations.
4. When change the oil, make sure the oil is clean and lotion the fuel tank. (The replacement
period is 6 months.)
5. The working temperature is 10-50℃.
6. Before start the pump, please put the directional valve handle to the center position.
7. During usage, if found the temperature is too high, should stop using till it is cool.
8. The machine is adjusted to properly pressure before leaving the factory, if you want to
change it, be sure not to exceed its capacity.
9. Forbidden pressing with no load, and when the piston rod is on the up dead position.

Ⅳ. MAINTENANCE
1. The hydraulic oil must be replaced the first half year. Then you can replace it till the next
one year.
2. After replace the oil, please make the piston rod reciprocating move several times, so
remove the air inside the cylinder.
3. Check the parts of the machine regular.
