HOMICIDE VICTIM’S BULLETIN

On September 20, 21 at 8:42PM, officers received a call for a “Shooting” in the 500 Block of 20th St. They
located multiple victims in the street suffering from gunshot wounds. EMS transported all of the victims to area
hospitals where Victim #1, Cedric Owens, was pronounced deceased. Victim #2 and #3 were listed in
critical/unstable condition, both suffering from gunshot wounds to the head. Victim #4 was listed in stable
condition with a gunshot wound to his leg.
Detectives need assistance identifying/locating the occupants of the vehicles in the attached photos/videos
