study replacing the last seven editions
• Review the case and ignore the last
two questions at the end of the case
• Prepare a project charter and project
scope statement (a group assignment)
• Use the Sample Project Templates slide
in this lecture to help you to select a proper template
• Add the effort boundaries and the authorization sections to your
scope statement
• This group assignment is an exercise, so base on the new case
and fill in each section to your best abilities
• Include only the participated student names and numbers on
the title page and submit them to the proper course
