manager. As an experienced admin assistant, I am currently

First of all, thank you for giving me this opportunity to

introduce myself. My name is Tan Hui Xin, I am from a small town
called Kampar. I did my graduation in Open University Malaysia. I
also have my strong academic background in the business
management field. Throughout my school and college years, I
participated in several cultural events and received numerous
honours. I’m excited to learn more about this opportunity and would
gladly answer any more questions.

I have been working as admin assistant to a general manager

for just over two years. I am passionate about learning new skills and
I have completed a number of training courses such as computer
science, food service, baking and pastry and so on. I have developed
a strong skill set including in-depth data management expertise. I am
eager to make full use of this in a larger working environment.

My 2 years working experience has taught me a great deal

about dealing with customers. I have developed strong problem-
solving skills, honed my ability to manage conflict and deal with
demanding individuals and polished my communication skills.
