13) HOW TO CHOOSE THE RIGHT MATERNITY BELT?

#1. Durability. Your belt is going to be worn daily: sometimes you’ll sweat in it, other

stretched.

misplaced while you are doing your activities such as walking and sitting.

made of good ,sustainable and safe materials are definitely not too
cheap.Approved,validated and endorsed belt requires a real good safe material
which will not be cheap and easily available in market.

14) WHO NEEDS EXTRA PRECAUTION IN WEARING A MATERNITY BELT?

a)Pregnant mom diagnosed with placenta previa.(Low lying placenta)

b) An increase in pain when wearing a maternity belt would be a contraindication to


its use because this is suggestive of either malalignment or pre-existing excessive
compression across the pelvic girdle joints.
