12) CAN I STILL USE THE MATERNITY BELT IF I HAVE BACK PAIN POST PREGNANCY?
Yes,you can.Existing customers has been using for back pain and they claimed it helped
them for menstrual cramps, arthritis pain, prolonged sitting and many more.
13) HOW TO CHOOSE THE RIGHT MATERNITY BELT?
#1. Durability. Your belt is going to be worn daily: sometimes you’ll sweat in it, other
times you’ll stretch it to its maximum limit. You need something that is breathable
,easy to clean and that also retains its shape and elasticity when washed and
stretched.
#2. Comfortable. Your belt should feel soft as velvet and never feel itchy or rigid.
Each band that I wore felt like my second skin, and yours should feel comfortable
enough to wear on your bare belly or even while you sleep.
#3. Pressure-relieving. Your bump should be easily supported and positioned when
wearing your band. Any pain you felt prior to wearing one should be diminished and
you should also feel like your belly isn’t sagging. You should also notice that you’re
running to the bathroom less, because your bump is slightly off your bladder. The
whole point of wearing a belt is to get the proper support and shape, and not feel as
though you’re toting around a bowling ball in the front of your form.
#4. Adjustable closure. Your belt should grow with you. Many women still utilize the
belt postpartum as well, so it’s essential that your belt or band is fully adjustable to
accommodate your growing or shrinking waistline.
# 5.Safe material. Your belt should not cause any allergy or skin reaction to your
skin.Look for FDA approved material.
# 6. Length and size. Your belt should fit you well.If you wrongly measure your
size, you could end up choosing the wrong belt size which will not be beneficial for
you . Look for One Size Fits All if you are not sure of your size so the belt can be
stretched and tightened according to your size.
#7. Approved by Obstetricians. Look for maternity belt that has been approved and
validated by experts such as doctors and obstetricians.Consult dr before getting one
as there are certain conditions in pregnancy where maternity belt will not be
suitable.
#8 .Without wire. Look for a belt which has no wire or it will make you
uncomfortable
#9. Belt that doesnt roll up. Look for a belt that doesnt deform, roll up or get
misplaced while you are doing your activities such as walking and sitting.
#10.Dont buy belts that are incredibly cheap. What you pay is what you get. Belt
made of good ,sustainable and safe materials are definitely not too
cheap.Approved, validated and endorsed belt requires a real good safe material
which will not be cheap and easily available in market.
