Write a service encounter based on your experiences from Food Service Providers may it a positive or
negative one and discuss what your reaction on the matter, your suggestion and enumerate ways to
improve the service.

I remember when we went to this restaurant in the tip of the island, I really had low expectations. We
ordered a lot of food, and the chef is the actual owner itself and as I said earlier, we ordered a lot of
food , and it took some time. After we are most of it, we asked if we could take out the food. I
remember this spaghetti I ordered, he arranged in a way that it was like when it was first cooked.
Beautifully arranged usually the people just dump it into some container and give it to you. I felt
shocked when he arranged the food in the container really well. It made me feel so good. I really didn't
expect him to do that, since I'm not used to it. It was a good experience and it made me trust him on my
food.

I can suggest to improve their customer services that they need to be friendly, use positive language and
communication clearly so that the customer will satisfy and they used to stay longer or they will decide
to come back again..
