Workplace Communication

The course talks about following the routine spoken messages. I learn the
basics of communication and its context in the workplace that provides the
fundamentals in becoming a good communicator.

Learning the fundamentals of communication helps me in knowing which

areas of my communication skills lacked and should be improved. Thus this lesson
for me is one of the most needed in becoming a good coworker and also an
entrepreneur. This skill will help me in the future for negotiating and communicating
to co-workers properly without being stuttered and being rude to others
The assembly of a solar night light is pretty well versed and clear in the
TESDA course.this type of device is different compared to some lights. At day , it
gathers up energy to convert it into electricity and store it on a rechargeable battery
through the use of solar panels installed on a solar night light. Then after evening or
a dark situation appears it automatically lights up. In installing it we must check the
device first and also the location where we should place it . First is to open the fixture
and pull the cables from the arm into the fixture. Connect the cables to the LED
driver and close it. After that, verify that your inclination angle for the solar panel is
provided. Also ensure all the cables meant for the battery box are pulled through the
battery box hole on the pole. In the maintenance of it, we can rest assured that these
solar night lights are deigned to be essentially maintenance-free.
Exchanging information and ideas through different modes helps to be a more
efficient and effective workplace environment. Listening, speaking, critical thinking,
and empathetic skills are the major skills I acquire in this course.

This course really helps me to transform myself into a good communicator

who can respond somewhat accurately and have a respectable way of
communicating to others, also a communicator who can genuinely understand.
