DMG MORI (Latest Manufacturing Technologies)

DMG MORI is the world´s leader of knowledge transfer in the area of CNC
machine tools. As Mr. Daniel Uehlein who works at the Aerospace excellence center
and also supports Asian market, was the instructor who introduced us to the field of
manufacturing technologies.

In the first part, he introduces us on how DMG MORI takes its place in
servicing and producing CNC machines in other countries. Their main production
plant is in Davis in America.
As they continue, we go to the main topic. They introduce us to the Facilities
and Cutting machines they produce. Their cutting machine was very high tech and
very flexible which has multi functions like milling, cutting and turning in one
machine. They have a digitally supported workflow as a status display in their
machines. They also discuss how those machines are used and applied in different
types of products to be used like in Automotive, Aerospace, Die and Mold,
Mechanical engineering also in Power engineering. The image below are the
