CRISIS DIRECTIVE 1.

1.] The European Union urges the country of Sudan to release all the known locations of state and
non-state terrorist actors, in particular the Al Qaeda.

2.] The EU also calls into question the legitimacy of the initial report from the Sudanese government
claiming that this air strike was an attack on their national Integrity and killed 15 civilians, since
Sudan has historically censored, harassed and intimidated journalists in the past, and also does not
allow independent journalism in their country.

3.] Sudan has also been removed from the AU in the past for slaughtering its own citizens, and the
committee calls into question the support of the AU for Sudan, looking at their poor track record
with respect to human rights violations and state sponsored terrorism.

4.] Peace keeping forces from the European Union should be given 100% jurisdiction over any and all
anti insurgency operations conducted throughout the country and all neighbouring countries
allegedly harbouring terror outfits.
