I. Introduction

 Mr. Gaudencio R. Garcia, MA, the School Director, presided the PTA.
 The meeting started with an Opening Prayer led by Mr. John Paul Art G. Echavaria.
 After which, Mr. Garcia welcomed all the members present. Then, he announced the statement of the
purpose of the said meeting.

II. Objectives:

 To present the approved Tuition and Other Fees of the different Grade Levels; and
 To discuss the terms and conditions that reflect the culture of the school together with the Enrollment
Agreement and Schedule of Payment of Fees

III. Highlights of the Meeting

 The school presented last year's budget summary and explained the rationale for the calculation of
Tuition Fees and Other Fees for the coming S.Y. 2021-2022.

 After exploring various options, The Director presented the Tuition and Other Fees for S.Y. 2021-
2022 for the PTA’s perusal and the enrollment agreement and schedule of payment of fees.

 The Fee proposals for the S.Y. 2021-2020 was given as follows:

Kindergarten & Elementary

Tuition Fee 6,000.00


Miscellaneous and Other School Fees 2,000.00
Total 8,000.00

Junior High School

Tuition Fee Free (ESC Recipients)


Miscellaneous and Other School Fees 3,000.00
Workbooks 1,800.00
Total 4,800.00

Senior High School

Tuition Fee Free (SHS-Voucher Program Recipients)


Miscellaneous and Other School Fees Free (SHS-Voucher Program Recipients)
Registration Fee 1,000.00 (Good for 2 Semesters)
Total 1,000.00

 Graduation Fees for Kindergarten, Grade 6, Grade 10 and Grade 12 will be presented on the next
meeting date.

 Parents had no queries based on the fee presentation and discussion which were appreciated by
the School Administrators.

IV. PTA Approval on School Tuition Fee and Other Fees for S.Y. 2021-2022

 After sufficient understanding and discussion, the parent representatives came to a consensus.
 Since the quorum at the PTA meet was fulfilling, the proposal was ratified.
 The decision will be communicated to the parents via Virtual Orientation soon announcing the fees for
S.Y. 2021-2022. All the relevant details will be shared with the parents through a circular.

V. Conclusion

 Meeting concluded with a vote of thanks and a closing prayer. The next meeting will be announced in
due time.
