FOR SCHOOL YEAR 2O2O-2O21 IN LIGHT OF THE COVID-l9
PUBLIC HEALTH EMERGENCY

DATE: July 16, 2021

1. In light of the Department of Education (DepEd) Memorandum No. 27 s. 2021

dated May 24, 2021 or the Conduct of the K to 12 Basic Education Program
End-of-School-Year Rites for School Year 2020-2021 in Light of the COVID
19 Public Health Emergency with the theme Kalidad ng Edukasyon Lalong
Patatagin sa Gitna ng Pandemya (Strengthening the Quality of
Education Amidst the COVID- 19 Pandemic) , this office announces
tentatively the Conduct of End-of-School-Year (EOSY) Rites for Grade 10,
and Grade 12 learners who satisfactorily meet the curriculum requirements at
the end of School Year (SY) 2020-2021 on July 12, 2021 at 8:00 in the
morning through Google Meet with Facebook live streaming.

2. Relatively, MS. Maria Theresa S. Paran is designated as the over-all in

charge of the virtual rites along with MS. Alicia F. Romey (Grade 12) and
MS. Sherwin Willa M. Villano (Grade 10) as co-in-charges.

6. The expenses to be incurred shall be charge against the local

funds/MOOE in accordance with existing accounting and auditing rules
and regulations.
